Chris is a Registered Psychologist and a qualified clinical supervisor, with 18 years of diverse experience in private practice and psychology consulting in Australia, USA, Canada, and UK.

Chris is known for her down-to-earth and relaxed style and resides permanently in Canada these days and offers online sessions, for your convenience. Think of Chris as a guide and witness to you meeting your unique needs in any area of your life.

She specialises in individual, couples, and prenatal counselling, using a wide variety of modalities including somatic based, trauma-informed therapy; attachment therapy; mindfulness-based practices; EMDR; and CBT. Chris will work alongside you, in collaboration, to support your growth, development and healing using compassionate, practical, and empowering psychological solutions.

Areas of specialty for Individuals include trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, communication skills and conflict resolution, emotional and nervous system dysregulation, life transitions, and self-esteem and self-development.

Areas of focus for Prenatal Counselling include pre-conception counselling, conscious conception, bonding and attachment with the ‘little one’ throughout pregnancy, bonding and attachment post-birth, pregnancy and birth trauma, transition from being a couple to parents, transgenerational patterns and trauma that impact becoming a parent.
