Kristine completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology in Sydney. She is a registered psychologist with a broad range of experience working in a variety of settings such as university clinics, private practice, research clinics, public hospital and in community mental health services. Across her practice, Kristine has worked with individuals ages 16 and above, from different cultural backgrounds, and have experience working with mental health concerns ranging from daily stresses to severe long-term mental health conditions.

Kristine strives to form a deep understanding of each person’s experiences and build a therapeutic relationship that balances warmth, compassion, humour, and sincerity. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapy styles including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy.

Kristine has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing chronic health conditions, chronic pain and life transitions (such as work roles, migration, or life stages). She also holds a passion for working older adults to support them in strengthening their sense of purpose, adjusting to changes faced in older age and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Kristine is currently completing her clinical psychology registrar program. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), and the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT).
