New routines and stressors are part of transitioning to High School. Stress and Anxiety can be commonly experienced by year 6 students. By participating in our group, your child will have the choice to talk about their apprehension about succeeding, making new friends, and their overall expectations. We also cover cyber bullying, self care, and strategies to manage difficulties relevant to becoming a teenager and starting high school.
