Psychologist

Location: Caringbah Telehealth - Video Consultation

Informed by over 20 years of rich experience in the health and wellbeing sector, Christine is a qualified psychologist with an Honours Degree in Psychological science. Christine uses a trauma informed and person-centred approach. She offers counselling to adult individuals for a wide range of issues and concerns. Christine has a special sensitivity for individuals who may have been impacted by trauma of various kinds, such as single incident, complex, developmental or intergenerational trauma. She understands deeply how seeing a counsellor/therapist can be a very helpful but sometimes challenging process.

One of her highest values is to provide clients with an embodied presence of physical, emotional and psychological safety. Seeing a counsellor doesn’t always have to be for a major problem either. You may want a safe space to explore or make meaning of something, to self-reflect, or navigate an aspect of personal growth or development, or you may have an important decision to make and would value someone skilled in facilitating that process with you.
