Solenne Donnelly

Solenne is a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She has extensive experience supporting adults and adolescents with eating disorders, body image concerns, and trauma-related challenges, as well as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD.

Solenne also works with women navigating the emotional and psychological changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause, including shifts in mood, stress tolerance, identity, and relationships.

Drawing from a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and holistic framework, Solenne tailors her approach to each client, integrating a range of modalities such as ACT, DBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. She is passionate about going beyond surface-level symptom relief, helping clients explore the deeper patterns that shape their relationships with themselves and with others, and fostering greater self-understanding, resilience, and emotional connection.

Solenne is an approved provider for private health rebates with HCF, ARHG, AHM, Bupa, and Medibank.
