Diana utilises evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT) as primary modes of therapy, however, she believes each client is unique, so any psychological assistance should suit the individual’s needs, and she is adaptive in her application of therapeutic intervention with each client.
