A certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, Geraldine is passionate about self-awareness, reflection, and the healing power of presence and attuned connection. She offers a warm, compassionate space where clients can safely explore their inner world, navigate life’s challenges, and move towards healing, growth and wholeness.

Geraldine draws on person-centred, trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based modalities to tailor each session to the individual needs and goals of her clients. She works with adults and teenagers navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-worth, personal growth, relationship issues, domestic violence and immigrant’s difficulties.

Outside of the therapy room, Geraldine is an avid traveller who finds peace in Yoga, long walks and time spent in nature.
