Jan is a Counselling Psychologist with substantial experience with adults, adolescents and children. She has worked in both the public and private sector.

Jan believes that individuals are unique, and tailors her therapy to meet her client’s individual needs. She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Positive Psychology and Narrative therapy.
