Leanne is a warm, supportive and compassionate psychologist and published researcher, who is experienced in using a wide range of evidence-based treatments. She has a special interest in advocating for women’s mental health, particularly for peri/menopause, premenstrual disorders, ADHD and Autism. She is a neurodiversity affirming practitioner who specialises in providing therapy for women.

Leanne also conducts psychometric assessments for learning challenges and neurodiversity (ADHD and Autism) for all genders and has a deep understanding of the nuanced presentation of these challenges for women and girls. She undertakes both therapy and assessments with a warm empathic and non-judgemental attitude. She offers a client-centred approach and tailors her therapy to provide women with a valuable and comprehensive insight into their personal strengths and challenges. She also understands the importance of collaborating with her clients and providing recommendations that align with the individual and their life, values and resources.

 

As a therapist who specialises in therapy for women across the lifespan, Leanne understands the many barriers to receiving help and has a gentle and friendly demeanour that encourages her clients to feel comfortable discussing their challenges, and strengths. She is an excellent listener and collaborator and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their full potential.

Leanne completed her Bachelor of Psychology with first class honours at the University of Sydney and holds a Master of Clinical Psychology with distinction from Western Sydney University. Leanne is a registered psychologist and is currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program. Leanne is available for Telehealth or face to face sessions.
