Committed to a neurodiversity-affirming, gender-affirming, and health-at-every-size approach, Rebecca ensures that every client feels heard, understood, and supported. She is passionate about helping people unmask and embrace their authentic selves, fostering self-awareness, motivation, and hope. She values the therapeutic relationship as a key to understanding and guiding clients toward meaningful change.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Professional Psychology from Macquarie University. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, she began her career in non-government organizations, supporting individuals with psychotic disorders, psychosocial disabilities, and complex mental health challenges.  Her journey led her to develop a deep interest in working with those experiencing eating disorders.

Her therapeutic approach integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, CBT-E, AFT, and FBT, as well as explorative therapies like Internal Family System. She tailors her approach to each client, ensuring they have the tools to navigate challenges and thrive.
