Thayane is a warm and caring Psychologist, who believes in providing a safe and non-judgemental space for people to share their experiences and develop an understanding of their emotional states so they can cultivate healthier and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. 

She uses an integrative approach to support adolescents and adults, suffering from personal, professional, relational, and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, stress and adjustment disorders, depression, trauma, domestic violence and difficult life transitions. 

In her therapeutic intervention, Thayane integrates a number of evidence-based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychodynamic interventions.

Thayane holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and a member of the Australian Psychology Society.
