Angelica is a Clinical Psychologist with a substantial experience in couples therapy and trauma treatment. She is a mental health practitioner inspired by the revolutionary science of alternative medicine. Her integral approach aims to bring together all systems within a person, drawing from Psychodynamic, Schema, Gestalt, Cognitive-Behavioural, Emotionally-focused and Transactional Analysis approaches.
As a certified Couples Therapist from the leading experts in relationship, intimacy and adult attachment training, she is a true believer of Esther Perel’s quote “Human connection has transformative power in our lives”.
Combining trauma-focused intervention and a caring approach, Angelica assists trauma survivors towards a more meaningful and satisfying life.
With over 15 years experience, Angelica has worked in the public sector and as an academic in tertiary education. Currently, Angelica shares her time between her clients and Psychologists in training, supervising Internships at her clinic.
As a wife and mother of two children, Angelica guides her clients via self-analysis and self-compassion, transferring these same principles to her own life.
